By accessing the Uttar Pradesh Police Enterprise Management System (UPP EMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use along with all departmental standing orders applicable to the operation of police information systems.
1. Authorised use
Access is restricted to officers and authorised staff of the Uttar Pradesh Police, empanelled vendors, and statutory auditors. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all actions performed under their account.
2. Acceptable conduct
- Do not share credentials or session tokens.
- Do not attempt to bypass role restrictions, row-level security, or audit logging.
- Do not upload material that is unlawful, classified beyond your clearance, or unrelated to official duties.
3. Audit & monitoring
Activity within UPP EMS is logged for security, audit and compliance purposes. Logs may be reviewed by authorised supervisors and external auditors.
4. Intellectual property
All content, code and design within UPP EMS are owned by the Government of Uttar Pradesh and may not be copied, redistributed or repurposed without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
UPP EMS is provided on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and availability, the Government of Uttar Pradesh accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the system.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow.
